The 24 hour gym in Lindsay for heavy iron and real racks. Train at 5 AM or 2 AM. The weights are always there.
Separate free-weight, machine and cardio rooms, so you are not queuing for a rack on a Monday night.
There is a private women's area, lockers and showers, and tanning is included.
Spectrum Fitness Centre is open to members all night, every night. Swipe-card access leaves you no excuses. Safe parking at the front of the building, cameras throughout the facility, and staff on site every day.

This is one of the friendliest and most enjoyable gyms I have ever been to in my life. The gym reminds me of the bar in the TV show Cheers ‘where everybody knows your name’. There is constant smiles, laughter and encouragement from the members and staff. The owner, Adam Deschenes is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, and will always help you out and answer questions about achieving your fitness goals. I switched to this gym because the freeweights at planet fitness were not heavy enough on some basic exercises and I felt I couldn’t get a good workout. There is plenty of heavy free weights at the Spec. But the biggest bonus has been that this gym has truly given me a home away from home full of wonderful, healthy and like minded individuals. The Spectrum and its owner, clients and staff makes my time at the gym, that was once a difficult chore, has now become the most enjoyable activity of my day!!
Great gym and awesome place to train. No nonsense and the people are friendly. It has everything you need to make gains and the Owner is an awesome dude who supports other local business!

This gym has everything you'll ever need, and then some. You get good value for what you pay. The owner and staff are extremely friendly from top to bottom. Its recent renovations and equipment additions took the gym to a different level. Highly recommend it to anyone!
This gym is amazing!!! Always has everything I need for a full workout available. On top of that, Adam and his staff support mental health programming I'm involved with in the community. Hats off to a great gym!!!
